Ellen was born and raised in Southern California, and has been interested in art and literature for as long as she can remember. However, getting married at 18, 30 years as a military wife, and home-schooling 5 kids put her artistic development on-hold for quite awhile. Now art of all kinds (collage, drawing, painting, stamping, scrap-booking, and photography) falls somewhere between a passion and an addiction!
