Sherry Ball Schoenfeldt

Sherry Ball Schoenfeldt of Edmond, Oklahoma.

"Me in the Mirror"

Sherry's husband, Patrick, is an Architect.  Her mom, Uni, is a fiber artist.  Her father, Bill, was a draftsman and draws beautifully.  Her daughter, Dani, is a student and bride-to-be who scrapbooks and dabbles in collage.  Her son, Nate, works in the restaurant industry and creates spray paint art.

Sherry began her foray into arts and crafts at a young age by designing clothing (can't seem to find those old sketches so we'll never know where that skill could have taken her, hahaha).  Around age twelve, she took her first charcoal class and not much later began working in oils.

Somehow, Sherry ended up spending a long, long time as an accountant.  Then she woke up and decided to pursue her true passion:  making stuff!!  Thus, Studio Pashnada was born in Dallas in 1999.  Now located in the Oklahoma City area, Sherry spends her spare time creating with fabric, fibers, paper, glass, trims, found objects and anything else at her fingertips.

While Sherry considers herself a collage/assemblage artist, she currently primarily collages altered books, unusual jewelry and glassware.  But she plays at a lot of other things too!!  And of course, there's still the accounting!
