Payments

I accept PayPal and checks. Please pay within seven days of purchase. And, sorry, but I have to do this, if I receive a check I won't ship the product until the check clears.

 

Shipping

Everything is shipped USPS with delivery confirmation within three business days if it's already made.  However, the majority of the items here are made-to-order.  The lead time should be stated in the product description - if it's not, please contact me.

I will email you when your order is shipped and provide you with the tracking number.

If you would like to purchase insurance or ship another way, contact me and I'll adjust the price.

Currently I do not ship internationally.

 

Refunds & Exchanges 

I pack things very carefully and haven't had any shipping damages.  If they should they occur, I cannot replace your product.

If you receive something and feel that it doesn't match the description, contact me and I will exchange it if at all possible. However, if your item was made to order, I may not be able to exchange it.

 

Wholesale

If you have a bricks-n-mortar store and are interested in carrying my products, please contact me and I will provide you with wholesale pricing.
